Run The Quay 5K: Callie's 1st Race (2022)

“I can’t believe I’m doing this!” Callie exclaimed as we approached mile 2 of the Run The Quay 5K. It was her first race, and she was doing an amazing job, especially for a 6-year-old. But before we jump to the final mile of this experience, we should probably start from where it began.

Cocodona 250 (2022)

Here is the recap of my Cocodona 250 experience…sit back and enjoy the ride.

I arrived at the start line around 8:30 am on Monday to do my final gear check and receive my Spot tracker. But not this course, as it gets more difficult and technical as the miles go on.

Rock 'n' Roll Savannah Marathon (2021)

Honestly, it was a bit of a shock to read this on our way to the start. I immediately began thinking about all the hard training I put in over the past couple of months and planning to go out and set a marathon PR. But, dwelling on what was but no longer is, is an exercise in futility. So, in the course of a crushing minute, we decided we’d run the 1/2 marathon and go try to set our PRs there.
